Author and squirrel taking a shot

In the 25th century, Norden Esstisch served as a commander in the Special Operations Unit of the Cloning Enforcement Administration in Iris City. He dedicated his career to protecting androids from undignified living condi-tions and was notorious for his aversion to writing mission reports. Through a labyrinth of twists and turns (it's a long story), he found himself in New Paris in 4581 CE, where he now writes history books.

... I'm a graduate physicist. I completed a master's thesis in high-energy physics at CERN, then earned a doctorate in computer science, and now I'm a passionate full-stack developer working with C#, TypeScript, and Python. I've founded several companies and have been CTO for many years. I in-vented AJAX, WebGUIs for devices and embedded web servers, made microservices, DevOps, and REST before they had names. I broadcast the first livestream on the web, created the first live chat, posted the first ani-mated GIF on the web, and achieved many other "firsts" on the internet. I once received (along with friends) the Lead Award for web design and a few other awards for startups. I'm interested in science and technology, as well as social and economic developments. Besides all kinds of good stories, I enjoy realistic future sce-narios and hard science fiction with one small exception: faster-than-light travel, because otherwise you can't meet aliens. But I've come up with some-thing for that (nothing fancy: just involving fractals, quantum mirrors, and exotic matter).
